At The Cat Story, your satisfaction matters to us. Each of our cat-inspired t-shirts, tote bags, phone cases, and mugs is created with love and care. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our return policy below.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived broken or damaged.

  • The product did not arrive at all.

If your situation falls outside of these conditions, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hello@TheCatStory.com within 7 days of delivery if your item arrived broken or damaged.

  2. Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the defective item and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a refund based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or dislike of the design are not accepted.

  • Customized or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
